IEEE International Symposium on Video and Audio Signal Processing in the Context of Neurotechnologies

We are delighted to invite everyone interested to participate in the International Symposium on Video and Audio Signal Processing in the Context of Neurotechnologies. The symposium is organized by The Federal Agency for Scientific Organizations (FASO Russia), Pavlov Institute of Physiology Russian Academy of Sciences, Saint-Petersburg State University for Cinema and Television, Neuroiconic-Neuromechanics Ltd. and technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Russia Northwest BT/CE/COM Chapter.
The Symposium provides an international forum where people from industry and academia will be able to interact, exchange experiences, share ideas and research results in all areas of Video and Audio Signal Processing in the Context of Neurotechnologies. The symposium offers unique opportunities for all the participants to communicate with experts in the field. The Program offers several keynote lectures given by the world’s leading experts, high level tutorials, as well as panel discussions.
As part of the SPCN 2017 program the IEEE Brain Initiative sponsors the competition to explore various brain EEG datasets "Brain Signal – Visualization & Analytics"!

Within the framework of the Symposium under the auspices of the IEEE Brain Initiative and IEEE Big Data, the Brain Signal - Visualization & Analytics Competition will be held. Individual participants and teams are invited to participate in the Competition (up to 5 people in the team). Maximum number of participants: 100 people / 20 teams. Members of the IEEE will take precedence.
